VIZENDO Inbound Program

【Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy】

These terms apply to all training programs (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by Mari Funatsu. By submitting the application form and completing payment, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

【Important Notes Regarding Participation / Prohibited Actions】

This program is designed to teach the original techniques developed by Mari Funatsu through a formal training program. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
1. Sharing, teaching, or disclosing any course content to individuals other than the participant
2. Selling, copying, recording, transferring, or publicly disclosing course materials (videos, texts, handouts, etc.) without permission, including on social media
3. Imitating the techniques or offering similar services, conducting similar classes, or publishing similar content on social media
4. Unauthorized use of logos, course materials, brand names, or any names resembling those of Mari Funatsu or related to VIZENDO
If any of the above is discovered, the following measures will be taken:
• Diploma or certificate must be returned
• Practitioner qualification will be revoked
• A compensation claim of 2,000,000 JPY will be made as a violation of copyright or trademark rights
• Legal action may be pursued if necessary

【Use of Video Materials】

Video materials are provided for review and learning purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Selling, copying, recording, forwarding, or publishing the videos without permission
• Allowing others to view the videos (including via shared accounts or group streaming)

Violation of these rules will result in the return of the diploma, revocation of qualification, and a fine of 2,000,000 JPY for copyright infringement.

【Cancellation Policy】

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

From registration to 10 days before the program: 30% of the total fee
From 9 to 2 days before the program: 50% of the total fee
1 day before or on the day of the program: 100% of the total fee

If you applied using a discounted campaign price, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the regular course fee.
Fees for course materials (textbook and video access: 33,000 JPY) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations of payments made by credit card will incur a 5% transaction fee.
For refunds via bank transfer, the transfer fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

【Exceptional Circumstances】

In the case of natural disasters, major transportation delays, or outbreaks of infectious diseases, flexible arrangements will be made. Please contact us in advance if such situations arise.

【Consent to Use of Photos and Videos】

Photos and videos may be taken during the course for promotional or documentation purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media platforms, or printed materials. If you do not wish to appear, please inform us in advance.
